Maria Cucinotta is founder and Chief Executive of The Image CEO – (Civility and Etiquette Officer) and specializes in Image Consulting, Personal Branding, Presentation Training and Civility and Etiquette Training and Coaching. Maria is a Certified Professional Image Consultant and is the first Australian Image Consultant internationally certified as a Reach  Personal Branding Strategist. Maria Cuci is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International, AICI the Vice President of Marketing for AICI Sydney, and is also a member of the International Civility Trainers’ Consortium, ICTC. Maria is also a certified Master Results Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Trainer. She has gained Diploma status in Counselling and is a Certified Life Coach.

Randa Mufarrij motivates globally minded business owners to align their personal brand, image, life goals and networks for optimum success. Her international experience and depth of knowledge in personal branding and civility make Randa a Certified Image Consultant with an edge.

For over a decade, Randa has worked with professionals in Montreal, Dubai and Lebanon. Her cross-cultural experience in human resources management, event planning, fashion and aesthetics have sharpened her understanding of beauty and human development and help her connect with clients.
Randa uses an integrated approach that centers on personal responsibility. Randa is a Co-Chair for the Civility Counts Project Ambassadors Program of the Association of the Image Consultants International, and is the recipient of the 2010 AICI Civility Star Award. She is an active member of Dorval City Toastmasters Club, Quebec and has obtained certifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming and Human Resources Management from McGill University.

Alejandra Marro

Ale Marroquín is President and founder of Ale Marroquín, Imagen y Protocolo de Negocios, Mexico. She specializes in transforming professional and personal image and communication skills, through seminars and personal coaching. Ale joined the Civility Experts Worldwide team as the Director of Affiliate Operations- Mexico in June 2011.  After acquiring 20 years of experience with private clients in the financial industry, Ale recognized a need for executives to present themselves more positively and so armed with color training with Debra Lindquist, personal style with Elaine Stoltz at Stoltz Image Institue in Dallas, TX and personal training from Juanita Ecker at Professional Image Management as Protocol and Etiquette Consultant. Ale is a member of AICI (Association of Image Consultants International) and a candidate for FLC certification.  She publishes a weekly blog and is present in social media, working to be unique in image, civility and etiquette in Mexico. Ale is also a member of ICTC and candidate for Master Trainer status.

Stephanie Lockhart B.sc, is a Human Resources professional with over 13 years of expertise in the areas of Training and Development, Performance Management and Recruitment.  She joined the Civility Experts Worldwide team as the Director of Training and Development- Canada in June 2011. In keeping with her personal philosophy that effective adult learning is about reconnecting people to their drive to learn, Stephanie will bring her experience in enhancing knowledge, understanding, awareness, and skills to ultimately increase opportunities for others to the Civility Experts Team. In addition to updating and developing content and training tools, Stephanie will play a key role in the delivery of Civility Experts Worldwide Train the Trainer events in Canada and abroad.

Penelope Paik

Penelope Paik is founder and CEO of Civility Concepts in Hawaii, USA. In addition to being an APEC 2011 trainer and a Master Trainer for People Skills, and a certified Human Relations Trainer for the US Air Force. She is also a candidate for Master Trainer status and a member of the International Civility Trainers’ Association and a member of the Association of Image Consultants International. Building on her Master’s degree in Speech Communication from University of Minnesota, and a degree in English from University of Hawaii, Penelope has expanded her communications expertise to include an ambassador role for the AICI Civility Counts Project, publishing a co-author book The Power of Civility, and most recently, taking on the role of Director of Affiliate Operations- Hawaii, for Civility Experts Worldwide.

Mary Liu, Hong Kong’s Affiliate is the Chinese Culture Coach for Civility Experts Worldwide. She organises Chinese Etiquette and Protocol Workshops for Corporate or individual executive prior to their China visit. The one day or tailor made program includes,

Mary is a member of International Civility Trainer Consortium (ICTC). She specialized in delivering training in Chinese etiquette, Western table manners and customer serivce in English, Mandarin and Cantonese languages. She has had work experiences with global nenowned Corporates such as United Airlines, STAR TV – Channel [V] and Airport Authority Hong Kong which groomed her to become a person with International perspective. She has been asked to be the speaker of customer service seminars for airport delegates from Mainland China, Canada, Australia and Japan. In 2008, Mary was inivited to be the social etiquette trainer for the Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) – Airport Ambassador Programme. Emily Wood, is a Winnipeg-based writer and graphic designer originally hailing from Great Britain. She has been writing professionally since 2008 and has been published in newspapers, national magazines, and in several online communities, and has been in the field of graphic design since 2004. She is also a proud member of the Manitoba Writers’ Guild, enjoys writing fiction, and specializes in creating professional résumés/CVs and cover letters. As well as establishing and monitoring several social media presences, Emily writes and maintains a personal blog which receives over 5,000 views per month.  She has extensive experience in marketing and advertising, and is proud to deliver distinctive, memorable and unique written and visual solutions for both corporate and individual needs. Kimberly Law, AICI CIP is known internationally as an industry leader and is highly respected in North America as a top Image and Etiquette Expert. Since founding Personal Impact International in 1999, she works with men and women helping them refine their look from head-to-toe, and enhance social behaviour and professional communication, to help her clients look and act their very best, always!  She is currently one of fewer than 150 image & etiquette consultants – world-wide and was honoured to be the first in Western Canada to receive international recognition as a ‘Certified Image Professional’ (CIP) through the Association of Image Consultants International, known as AICI.

She has been actively involved with AICI for the past 11 years, serving on many committees, as the Ambassador for British Columbia and on the International Board of Directors. She currently serves as AICI’s President for the 2011 – 2013 term. She was selected as one of the top image advisors in North America to co-author ‘Image Power’ a comprehensive book which will guide you to building confidence, making a great impression and getting what you want. Christy Enebeli draws extensive experience from her working experience in various international organizations and her proven track record of excellence, positive attitude and outstanding performances at the work place. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Computer Engineering and graduated as the best graduating female student and the most outstanding female student at her faculty.

Having incorporated manners and more consults for the training of cultural competence and civility, she also works closely with teens and children in role modeling the same.

Her passion for civility was born from the positive upbringing of character, virtue, grace and manners imbibed from her parents and the successful relationships she had built through her good manners and civility.
