- Consulting and information in various languages including French, English, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish, Greek, German, Taiwanese, Arabic, and Hindi.
- Authorization to use the ICTC logo and list “Member of ICTC” on your webpage
- After 1 year, General Members have opportunity to advance to “Master Trainer” status by challenging the ICTC certification exam
