In this practical, comprehensive 2-day face-to-face Civility at Work™ Trainer Certificate course, participants learn:
-what civility is
-what the cost of incivility is to business and how to reduce and/or eliminate it
-how to conduct civility assessments in their workplace or workplaces of their clients
-how to successfully deliver 15 ready-to-go, customizable civility workshops to their clients or in their workplaces.

-duplication and usage rights to 15 ready-to-use Civility at Work™ lessons
-professional image, dress, presentation skills and public speaking coaching and assessment
-16 in-class hours of hands on instructional and training
-starter resources and materials for their civility library
-add-on training tools and resources
-5 course dining tutorial
-12 months 24/7 access to MannersTV online Business and Social Etiquette training for up to 100 of their employees and/or co-workers
-12 months access to International Civility Trainers' Consortium and Culture Coach online resource center
