As a psychologist, etiquette consultant, entrepreneur and candidate for Master Civility Trainer status, who also holds an MBA in people management, Gabriela is a continuous learner and eternal observer of human behavior.
Gabriela is someone who truly practices civility. In addition to working in an orphanage for HIV-positive children, she interned at a psychosocial care center and has volunteered with underprivileged teenages in an NGO. Currently residing in Brazil, Gabriela speaks three languages, she has studied in Italy and traveled to USA, France, England, Spain, and Switzerland- learning about cultures and social practices along the way.
Recognizing that her passion is helping others to find the best versions of themselves, Gabriela has launched Escola de Gentileza ( School of Kindness ) The school offers training and classes in grooming, decorum, social graces, etiquette, and civility for all ages. Gabriela is also available for speeches and presentations. Watch for her new book, “A Cup of Cappucino: How Civility and Kindness can Build Communities” due for release early 2020.
