Olen has dedicated her life to helping others achieve goals through a higher level of self-image, and offers dynamic training programs to help individuals and organizations achieve greater success in image management, professional presence, business etiquette, international protocol and customer service. In addition to providing these workshops in Manila, Olen will be teaming with Civility Experts Worldwide as Director of Affiliate Operations.
