WANT TO START A TRAINING BUSINESS?
HERE IS CIVILITY EXPERT’s CEO (AND BESTSELLING BUSINESS AUTHOR) LEW BAYER’s ADVICE TO ENTREPRENEURS :

As an entrepreneur for the past 20 years, the best advise I can give new entrepreneurs is:

At some point you have to stop asking other people’s opinions and just trust your instincts; no one can make the final decisions about your business but you.

While it’s good to be generally aware of what your competitor’s are doing- don’t be focused on delivering what they are delivering. Focus on how what you are delivering can be better, can give greater value, be more innovative.

You really do get out of it what you put in –  if you are not prepared to make some sacrifices, entrepreneurship is not for you.

Schedule in time to take care of yourself; sleep, exercise, feed your soul- this will make you a better entrepreneur.

Never stop learning; try to budget time and money to take some training or a course. Aim to develop a new skill every year

And finally – keep your eyes on the prize! Sometimes in the daily grind it can be easy to forget that we are doing all of this for a purpose!
